We have expertise in various signalling technologies from Relay Interlockings to CBI. We're also able to plan and execute Principles Testing (Design Integrity) for these technologies. Our Microlok II MISS simulator workstation located at our Beresfield office enables us to perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Design Integrity Testing (DIT).

We offer a complete signal construction service, enabling us to manage installation works in the factory and the field. With our factories at Beresfield and Port Melbourne, we can support the fit out of several large equipment huts simultaneously. We provide inspections and maintenance, with full 24/7 on call support with a team of engineers and 70 fully licensed signal electricians available

Sigtech offers the provision of economical level crossing solutions inclusive of in-house capability to FAT, DIT and SAT the installation. We are also happy to provide turnkey solutions if site installation is preferred. Sigtech and Siemens have developed a GCP5000 based Integrated Level Crossing System that gives operators and industry an economical and future supported option. We also offer complete type approval for all Level Crossing products.

We have extensive experience in locomotive on board installation and commissioning for automatic train protection (ATP, ETCS, CBTC, ATMS), autonomous train operation (ATO) and fuel saving systems. Sigtech provides a one stop shop for the management and completion of plans necessary for a complete solution. Examples include Layout Design, Estimating, Resource Planning and the delivery of Systems Manuals & Training.

Our safety team support our day-to-day operations as well as provide Occupational Health Management, Environmental Management, Quality Management and On-Site Management. We have competent engineers that can provide full system assurance audits providing a complete independent service.
